"Excellent to work this team. And by team I mean, the communication between the 2 teams here (2 units), the estimator, the owner and myself (before, during and after). And appreciate the walk through by the estimator when all was done. Both units being replaced were 26 years old, neither provided sufficient airflow (maybe it was enough 26 years ago, no longer the case). Both presented challenges do to original construction in getting additional intake to increase the flow. Both were addressed in agreed upon manor, effective and cost efficient to implement. One unit, attic, (and not the kind that has a stair way, and floor boards) was very challenging to get the old one out and new in. Young guys helped the older ones, got it done, very impressed with the team work. Could tell just while running test, airflow increased measurably, for both units."

"Bought a house with a gas water heater. We couldn’t get the pilot to light. Scott came out to check, found the issue, and ordered the part. He came back 3 days later but the part didn’t fix the issue unfortunately. We decided to buy a new water heater. Scott and his crew were back 2 days later to install it. Throughout the process, Scott came to the house 3 times and only charged me for one service call. He didn’t even charge for the part he ordered! Scott’s communication is second to none!
