Bought a house with a gas water heater. We couldn’t get the pilot to light. Scott came out to check, found the issue, and ordered the part. He came back 3 days later but the part didn’t fix the issue unfortunately. We decided to buy a new water heater. Scott and his crew were back 2 days later to install it. Throughout the process, Scott came to the house 3 times and only charged me for one service call. He didn’t even charge for the part he ordered! Scott’s communication is second to none! He is honest, on time, and very knowledgeable! The level of service provided by Scott and his crew is hard to find these days. I’ll absolutely call him again when it’s time to buy a new HVAC for the house!
